Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Fresher to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will assist in planning, executing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and email. This is an ideal position for a motivated beginner who wants to learn hands-on digital growth strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling, publishing, and monitoring daily posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Content Support: Help write engaging copy for social media captions, blog posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
- SEO Support: Conduct basic keyword research, optimize meta tags, and assist with on-page SEO improvements to boost organic web traffic.
- Paid Campaigns (PPC): Assist senior team members in setting up, monitoring, and pulling data reports for Google Ads and social media ad campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to measure campaign performance.
- Market Research: Research industry trends, competitor activities,



and current digital tools to share fresh ideas with the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical certification).
- Certifications (Bonus): Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot/Meta Blueprint.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Photoshop).
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media algorithms.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and multitask in a dynamic team.
- Good organizational and time-management habits.
