Tattva Education Technologies is looking for an early in career Digital Marketing Associate to help us build our digital presence, engage with our audience and drive user growth.

What You’ll Work On

? Plan and execute marketing initiatives across Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels

? Create engaging social media content aligned with our brand and audience

? Drive organic outreach, community engagement and user acquisition

? Research audience behaviour, competitors, content trends and growth opportunities

? Experiment with different content formats, messaging, campaigns and channels

? Track metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, website visits, sign-ups and conversions

? Analyse performance to understand what’s working and continuously improve campaigns

? Engage with users and communities to understand their needs and feedback

? Contribute to Tattva’s overall brand awareness, product discovery and growth

Who We’re Looking For

? Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing or Growth





? Candidates with previous experience in an EdTech company will be preferred

? Strong written and verbal communication skills

? Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and digital content

? Ability to create clear, engaging and audience-relevant content

? Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics

? Strong research skills and curiosity about user behaviour

? Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new ideas

? Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership

What You’ll Get

This isn't a role focused only on posting content.

You’ll get hands-on exposure to marketing strategy, brand building, content experimentation, audience research, organic growth, user acquisition and marketing analytics while working closely with an early-stage EdTech team.

Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO, social media management or other digital marketing tools would be an advantage.
