Experience Range: 7 to 12 Years

Location: Pune/Chennai

Must Have:

Core Skills

1. Strong experience in IBM sterling Filegateway, Integrator, Global Mailbox, Control centre
2. Strong experience in IBM sterling Installation, upgrade, configuration activities.
3. Experience on Fortra Global Scape and Go anywhere.
4. Knowledge on Linux, Windows commands
5. Troubleshoot issues related to IBM sterling and its components, system and network connectivity.
6. Open for 24/7 support and on-call

Good to Have:





- Strong interpersonal skills; role will require engagement with a varied and global internal customer bas
- Documentation skills and python, PowerShell scripting knowledge is required.

Essential:

- Manage File transfers in technologies like File gateway, global mailbox.
- Troubleshoot issues related to IBM sterling and its components, system and network connectivity.

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
