Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Digital Marketing Executive to manage digital content creation, photo/video editing, social media processing, and online marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with design and editing tools and a good understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and edit social media posts, promotional creatives, Reels, videos, product content, and festival campaigns.
- Design attractive graphics, banners, advertisements, product creatives, and promotional materials.
- Edit and process photos and videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, website, and other digital platforms.
- Resize, crop, enhance, compress, and optimize images and videos according to platform requirements.
- Manage regular posting and content updates across social media platforms.
- Support Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other online marketing campaigns by preparing creative content.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, views, clicks, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the E-commerce, Marketing, Store, and Management teams to collect content and understand promotional requirements.
- Create content for festivals, product launches, offers, store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.




- Maintain an organized library of digital creatives, product images, videos, and marketing assets.
- Assist with website content, product images, banners, product descriptions, and basic SEO optimization.
- Use AI and other digital tools to improve content creation, editing, and marketing productivity.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, content formats, editing techniques, and digital marketing practices.
- Ensure all published content follows company branding, quality standards, and marketing guidelines.

Technical Skills Required

- Graphic Design: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
- Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Meta Business Suite, and social media management tools.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media insights.
- Knowledge of SEO, keywords, hashtags, image optimization, and digital content practices.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce websites and product content management.
- Familiarity with AI-based content creation and editing tools is an advantage.

Eligibility

- Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing, social media, graphic design, video editing, or a related role.
- Education: Any Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to work according to festival and promotional campaign requirements.
- Candidates with a portfolio of social media creatives, videos, or marketing work will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be creative, technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both content editing and digital marketing execution. Hands-on experience in managing business social media pages and creating promotional content will be highly valued.
