Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dialysis Technician. The ideal candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Dialysis Technology. Your primary role will involve operating hemodialysis equipment, assisting patients during treatment, and ensuring strict infection control.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, test, and prime hemodialysis machines adhering to aseptic techniques.
Monitor patient vitals (BP, pulse, weight) pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis.
Perform safe AV Fistula/Graft cannulation and handle vascular access.
Track machine parameters (pressures, blood flow rate) during treatment sessions.
Maintain daily logs for the RO water plant and manage dialyzer reprocessing.
Ensure strict adherence to Biomedical Waste Management (BMWM) protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Diploma in Dialysis Technology (DDT) or B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology.
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with proper clinical training are welcome to apply).
Location: Candidates residing in Delhi NCR preferred.
Key Qualities & Skills:
Hands-on experience with standard hemodialysis machines.
Compassionate patient care and good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and work efficiently in a team.
Strict punctuality and attention to technical detail.
