Role Description The Desktop Support Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves providing hands-on technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals, including installation, configuration, and routine maintenance.

The Desktop Support

Engineer will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, support printers and other connected devices, and perform troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include responding to support requests, documenting issues and resolutions, coordinating with other IT team members when needed, and ensuring that systems are secure,



stable, and up to date. The role also involves communicating clearly with users, explaining technical issues in accessible terms, and maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in desktop computers and computer hardware, including installation, configuration, and basic maintenance.
- Candidates should possess skills in technical support and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in printer support and peripheral device management, including setup and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of operating systems (such as Windows), basic networking concepts, and system security best practices is beneficial.
