Trims Requirement Preferred Experience : Interior and Exterior Plastic trims (4-Wheelers)Skills : CATIA V5, PLM Tools (Teamcenter, Enovia):· Able to work on end-to-end design & development lifecycle for plastic trim components.· Analyze styling inputs and finalize concepts. To Perform detailed checks related to regulations.· Good knowledge in plastic defects along with Tooling conditions.· Validate packaging feasibility with environment parts , ensure technical signoff, BOMs, complexity matrices and manage RFQ packages.· Able to work Teamcenter and Enovia for BOM, ECR/ECO release, and documentation.· Exposure risk matrices, fishbone diagrams, and mitigation plans with clarity.· Robust interpersonal skills, leadership.
