Role Purpose To ensure accurate sample entry, documentation, report preparation and timely generation of laboratory test reports, while maintaining proper traceability and compliance with the Company's QMS and applicable NABL requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify samples, test requests and supporting documents.
- Enter sample and customer details accurately into the laboratory software/system.
- Generate sample numbers, labels and related documentation.
- Coordinate with the concerned testing departments for sample allocation and status updates.
- Prepare and generate test reports based on approved test results and prescribed formats.
- Verify report details such as sample identification, test parameters, results, units and customer information before release.
- Ensure reports are generated and released within the defined timelines.
- Follow the Company's QMS, laboratory procedures and applicable NABL requirements.
- Support internal documentation, record maintenance and other activities related to sample and report management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
