? Hiring | Data Architect – Azure & Databricks (Contract)

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect / Data Platform Solution Architect for a 6-month C2H opportunity with one of our esteemed client who are into enterprise technology environment.

? Location: Pune / Trivandrum

? Work Mode: Hybrid

? Experience: 12+ Years

? Contract: 6 Months | C2H

? Key Responsibilities

- Design and define enterprise-scale data platform architecture from ingestion to consumption.
- Assess existing platforms and develop target-state architecture and transformation roadmaps.
- Provide hands-on architectural guidance to data engineering teams.
- Design data flows, integration patterns and data governance frameworks.
- Support data platform modernization and migration initiatives.
- Identify architectural risks, dependencies and technical trade-offs.
- Work closely with engineering, business, governance and technology stakeholders.

? Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Architecture.
- 4–5+ years in Solution Architect / Data Architect / Platform Architect roles.




- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Platform.
- Strong experience in Azure Databricks and Lakehouse architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Unity Catalog.
- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, ADLS Gen2 and Delta Lake.
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT, data pipelines and data modelling.
- Strong Python & SQL skills.
- Experience with data governance, lineage, data quality, CDC/SCD and migration architecture.
- Experience with Azure cloud architecture, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code is preferred.

? Ideal Candidate

Someone who is a hands-on working architect, capable of quickly understanding an existing data platform, making architectural decisions and working closely with senior engineering teams to drive delivery.
