About the Role

We are looking for 0 -1 experience range Data Analyst who can handle data-related requirements end to end — from identifying and collecting data from various sources to data analysis, reporting, and generating actionable business insights.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, data cleaning, data transformation, reporting, and BI tools, along with the ability to independently manage the complete data lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, understand, and work with data from multiple sources such as relational databases, APIs, application/product databases, spreadsheets, CSV files, third-party platforms, and other business systems.
- Extract, clean, transform, validate, and consolidate data from different sources.
- Work extensively with relational databases and write efficient SQL queries.
- Understand data structures, relationships, schemas, and data flows across different systems.
- Perform data quality checks, reconciliation, and identify inconsistencies or gaps in source data.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical models.
- Analyze business, customer, product, operational, and transactional data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and root-cause analysis for business and data-related issues.
- Automate repetitive reporting and data-processing tasks wherever possible.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, business,



and operations teams on data requirements.
- Maintain documentation around data sources, datasets, metrics, queries, and reporting processes.

Required Skills

- Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar.
- Good understanding of data sources, data integration, data modelling, ETL/ELT, and data pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, validation, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar.
- Understanding of basic statistics and analytical techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete data lifecycle, from source identification to actionable insights.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Python for data analysis, including Pandas, NumPy, etc.
- Experience working with APIs and JSON data.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift.
- Exposure to product, customer, marketing, or business analytics.
