German Language Expert – Customer Support

Outpace Consultancy is hiring German Language Experts for a customer support role in Recent Town, Kolkata. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with strong German language proficiency who want to begin their career in an international business process environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with German-speaking customers through voice or written channels.
- Understand and resolve customer queries professionally and accurately.
- Provide support in German and English as required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and response-time requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate Fresher can apply.




- Strong command of the German language; B1/B2 level or higher preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits
- Annual CTC: ₹3.8 LPA
- In-Hand Salary: ₹24,000 per month
- Travel Allowance: ₹1,400 per month
- Cab Facility: One-way cab available
- Work Schedule: 5 days working
- Week Off: 2 rotational offs
- Shift: Rotational shifts
