We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive in outbound and inbound voice processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing timely and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities

- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner through chat process.




- Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls.
- Meeting performance targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.

Requirements

- Graduate or Undergraduate (12th) qualification.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
