Customer Service Manager - Freight Forwarding

Our client, a leading US-based Freight Forwarding company, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee customer service operations across multiple trade lanes, with a robust focus on the US trade lane.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics Customer Service
- Strong expertise in the US trade lane, including ISF and AMS filings
- Hands-on experience with ODeX
- Ability to manage shipments across US and other global trade lanes
- Excellent customer handling, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Team management or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to lead and build a customer service team as the role evolves
