Position: Customer Service Executive

We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our USA Customer Service – Email & Chat Process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through email and chat.
- Provide prompt, skilled and accurate resolutions.
- Understand customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Maintain productivity and service quality.

Requirements:

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good typing and computer skills.
- Comfortable handling international/US customers.




- Prior experience in international customer service/BPO will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a US shift.
