Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, drive sales, and provide excellent customer support. The role will primarily focus on sales (70%), along with customer support (30%).

Key Responsibilities

Sales – 70%

- Manage and follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Convert enquiries into sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and identify sales opportunities.
- Promote healthcare services/products and explain them to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer details in the CRM.

Customer Support – 30%

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and concerns.




- Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth service experience.
- Maintain customer feedback, complaints, and interaction records.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Sales, or Customer Support, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Sales-oriented with positive convincing and negotiation skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.
