Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a positive experience for students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer queries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Assist students and parents with their queries related to courses and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of queries.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and a positive customer experience.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Positive listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Telecalling, BPO, or Education Counselling will be preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
