About the Role
Zion Lifts is looking for a customer-focused and organized skilled to handle customer enquiries and support our sales team with day-to-day coordination and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and other business documents.
- Maintain customer records and reports using MS Excel.
- Use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email for daily office work.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Project teams.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and customer requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer care, sales coordination or administration.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel.
- Experience preparing quotations is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Elevator/construction industry experience is an advantage.
Salary: ₹30,000/month
