Looking for energetic Customer Support & Lead Generation Executives for a high-volume voice process. Candidates will handle inbound customer queries and perform outbound lead generation calls to qualify prospective clients for TITAN - Tanishq.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to convert potential prospects into qualified leads.
- Handle inbound customer calls to assist with product inquiries, store locations, and service details.
- Maintain strict standards of clear, standard pronunciation without Mother Tongue Influence (MTI).
- Document customer interactions and lead status accurately in the CRM tool.

Key Requirements

- Education: Pre-University Course (PUC / 10 2) or above.
- Experience: Open to Freshers & Experienced candidates.
- Language Skills: Excellent fluency in both English & Hindi (Mandatory).
- Communication: Transparent speech articulation with Zero MTI (Strictly non-negotiable).
- Openings: 50 Vacancies.

Salary Structure

- Fresher: ₹25,000 CTC / month.
- Experienced (6 Months in Voice): ₹28,000 CTC / month.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone for service inquiries, assistance, and grievances.
- Express complex operational details with clear, standard English and Hindi pronunciation.
- Operate effectively under rotational shift environments and dynamic call volume requirements.
