- Manage credit control and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and monitor credit risk.
- Conduct monthly customer account reconciliation.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare ageing, collection, MIS and performance reports for management.
- Monitor collection targets and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Operations and customers on payment-related matters.
- Handle and coordinate legal activities related to debtors and debt recovery.
- Recommend strategies to improve credit control and collection efficiency.

Candidate Profile

✅ 4–8 years of relevant experience in Credit Control.

✅ Only Freight Forwarding industry experience preferred.

✅ Strong knowledge of reconciliation, ageing analysis and collections.

✅ Good communication, negotiation,



follow-up and analytical skills.

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

✅ Experience handling legal recovery matters will be an added advantage.
