You’ll work inside our campaign team on live campaigns for global artists, labels, film studios and our own brands, with a focus on creator marketing. This means real responsibility on live campaigns including market research, ideation, creator identification, outreach and comms, briefing and reporting.

We’re a small team, which means your voice is heard, your ideas will be in front of major clients, and you’ll have real accountability from early on. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, learns quickly and wants to apply themselves fully.

What you’ll be doing

- Delivering creator campaigns day-to-day: campaign ideation, outreach, briefing, and managing creator relationships as campaigns run.
- Contributing to broader campaign strategy both internally and in client settings.
- Flagging emerging formats, rising creators and platform shifts before they’re obvious.
- Provide day-to-day social media support, consulting on creative, copy, and overall positioning.
- Design interactive decks for pitches, internal communication, and client presentations.
- Brief the production team on creative requirements, ensuring marketing objectives are met while maintaining cutting-edge creative execution.
- Produce adhoc video, still, and graphic assets using Adobe Suite as needed.

What we’re looking for:
- Deep fluency in the social landscape.



You know the creator landscape inside out, you clock formats as they emerge, and you’re curious about the psychology of why things work, why one video travels and another doesn’t.
- A tasteful creative eye, whilst our campaigns need to drive results they also need to maintain the highest level of creative integrity for our clients.
- Sharp, clear writing ability without an overreliance on AI.
- Commitment when campaigns are live. Delivery weeks are fast and demanding including the weekends, and we want someone who enjoys that pace.

- Share how you currently engage with socials on any personal or side-projects: a page you run, edits you make, a deep knowledge of a corner of the internet, anything that shows this is how you already spend your time.

Location: Sector 83, Noida (on-site) Terms: Full-time Internship (3-6 months) at our Noida office, with the potential to progress the right candidate to a permanent junior role.
