George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a customer-focused Service Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our Thodupuzha branch. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships, handling service follow-ups, collecting customer feedback, and supporting customer retention activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling ability, and experience in a service or automobile dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions and provide professional assistance throughout the service process.
- Conduct service reminder and follow-up calls with customers.
- Follow up with customers after vehicle servicing and collect feedback.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Handle customer queries and complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service-related updates.
- Support customer retention and repeat-service activities.
- Update customer details, service records, and feedback in the CRM/DMS system.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls and maintain accurate feedback records.
- Inform customers about service campaigns, offers,



maintenance schedules, and dealership activities.
- Escalate unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate manager.
- Prepare customer follow-up and feedback reports.
- Support the dealership in achieving customer satisfaction and service retention targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship, Customer Service, CRE, or automobile dealership operations.
- Automobile/service dealership experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/DMS systems.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
