Key Requirements:
- Experience in retail gemstone or jewellery sales
- Solid knowledge of precious & semi-precious gemstones
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Strong sales, negotiation and conversion skills
- Experience in achieving individual/team sales targets
- Professional grooming and a customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of gemstone quality, colour, clarity, origin and basic certification will be an advantage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
