Responsibilities and Duties
Commis I / Commis II
- Food preparations keeping the cost controls
- Maintaining station cleanliness and hygiene
- Managing Inventories including receiving stock.
- Food innovation and trials
- Team player
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum one year of experience in Italian food preparations in the kitchen
