Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Content + Digital Marketing role based in Greater Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The role involves planning, creating, and managing digital content across the company’s website, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns. The Content + Digital Marketing professional will develop and implement content strategies to promote products, strengthen brand presence, and drive engagement and lead generation.

Day-to-day tasks include writing web and marketing copy, coordinating content calendars, collaborating with design and sales teams, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing content for SEO and digital channels.



The role also includes managing basic content updates on digital platforms and ensuring brand consistency in all communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and convey brand messaging clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan and structure content that supports marketing objectives and business goals.
- Candidates should possess Content Management skills to organize, publish, and maintain content across websites and social media channels.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in digital marketing, social media management, basic SEO, and analytics tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in furniture, interiors, lifestyle, or design-focused industries.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Gurugram, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving brand and market needs.
