Job Description: Job Title: Telecaller (Contract – 6 Months) Employment Type: Contractual
Duration: 3 to 6 Months

Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads as per provided database
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
- Follow up with interested customers and update call status
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and responses
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Handle customer queries and provide basic information
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead closure and updates
Eligibility / Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and/or English (local language preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and calling systems
- Ability to work under targets and timelines
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience preferred (freshers can ap
