Job Title: Research and Psychometric Services Assistant
Position: Apprentice
Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)
Job Purpose
To support test development and research activities related to the adaptation, validation, and standardisation of Pearson's assessments.
Responsibilities
- Support data scoring and quality-checking initiatives.
- Liaise with editors, vendors, and printers to support assessment development activities.
- Collaborate with other functions within the Clinical Assessment Division, as required.
- Assist with research and development (R&D;) projects and activities.
- Provide administrative and project support for test development initiatives.
- Undertake any other duties related to research, psychometrics, and assessment development as assigned.
Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to read, write,
and speak at least one of the following languages: Kannada / Hindi / Tamil / Marathi / Bengali
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across projects.
- Ability to work effectively to agreed timelines and project goals.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- No prior work experience is required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must not have previously contributed to or drawn perks under the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) scheme.
- Age: 18 to 35 years.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years.
