? Salary: ₹1.8–2.2 LPA
? Weekly Off: Wednesday
? Office Visit: Saturday & Sunday mandatory
? Store visits & outdoor shoots as required
What you’ll be doing? Content Creation
- Shoot high-quality product photos and videos
- Create engaging Instagram Reels
- Shoot kitchen and cooking videos
- Create recipe and spice-related content
- Visit retail stores to shoot product placement and store content
- Create behind-the-scenes and brand story content
✍️ Content & Script Writing
- Write scripts for Reels and short-form videos
- Develop creative content ideas
- Research trending Instagram content
- Create content around spices, food, cooking and Indian kitchens
- Plan weekly/monthly content
? Video & Photo Editing
- Edit Reels, product videos and photos
- Add captions, music, transitions and hooks
- Create engaging short-form videos
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus
? Instagram Management
- Manage Eirthum’s Instagram page
- Plan and publish Reels, Stories and Posts
- Write captions and hashtags
- Track basic Instagram analytics
- Identify trends and experiment with new content formats
- Work towards increasing reach, engagement and followers
Who we’re looking for
- Someone who genuinely enjoys creating content
- Can shoot + edit independently
- Understands Instagram and Reels
- Has good creativity and storytelling skills
- Comfortable visiting stores and shooting content
- Can write simple and engaging scripts
- Has a good eye for photography and video
- Is proactive and takes ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment
Experience: 0–2 years Freshers with a robust portfolio are welcome.
