Position: Computer Operator

Experience: 0–2 Years

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and manage computer systems and office software.
- Handle software-related complaints and queries over calls.
- Communicate with clients/users and understand their issues.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Maintain records, reports, and other computer-based data.
- Perform regular data entry and documentation tasks.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day software and computer operations.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of computers and basic software applications.
- Valuable communication skills and confident telephone handling.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and resolve customer/user queries.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
