Job Requirements

2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, or Telesales

Robust verbal and written communication skills

Good coordination and follow-up abilities

Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, Email, and WhatsApp

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present relevant products/services.

Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Maintain regular follow-ups and move leads through the sales pipeline.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to lead-generation activities.

Track competitor activities and market trends.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
