Role Overview

As a Cold Calling & Outreach Executive, you will connect with potential U.S. clients over the phone, introduce our services and help create new business opportunities for the company. If you are comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential U.S. clients and introduce Maven Peak Solutions and its services
- Start engaging conversations, understand client needs and qualify leads
- Generate interest and set up meetings or follow-up calls for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects through calls and emails
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups in the CRM or tracking sheet
- Meet daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets
- Share feedback from prospects to help improve our pitch and outreach approach

Requirements

- Explicit, confident spoken English with a neutral accent




- Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection professionally
- Good communication, listening and persuasion skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets or a CRM
- Willingness to work in [U.S. time zone shift, if applicable]
- Reliable internet connection and a working laptop/PC [if remote]

Experience

- Experienced professionals, juniors and freshers can all apply
- No prior experience is required, and training will be provided

Nice to Have

- Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, telemarketing, lead generation or customer service
- Knowledge of the U.S. market or U.S. business culture
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce
