About the role

We are building a specialist team for a telecom transformation engagement. As Cloud / Infrastructure Architect you will design the cloud and infrastructure foundations that telecom workloads run on, covering landing zones, migration and resilience.

Key responsibilities

● Design cloud and hybrid infrastructure architectures for telecom and enterprise workloads.

● Build landing zones, network topology, identity and security baselines on AWS, Azure or GCP.

● Plan and lead migration of on premise workloads to cloud, including sizing, sequencing and cutover.





● Design for high availability, disaster recovery, performance and cost efficiency.

● Define infrastructure as code standards and container platform architecture.

● Work with security, network and application teams to align designs across domains.

● Produce architecture documentation, cost models and options papers for client decision makers.

What you'll bring

Essential

● 8+ years in infrastructure or cloud architecture roles.

● Hands on architecture experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP).

● Strong knowledge of virtualisation, networking, storage and Linux.

● Experience with Kubernetes and container platforms.

● Experience with infrastructure as code, for example Terraform.

● Proven cloud migration delivery on complex enterprise estates.

● Based in India or the Middle East, with the right to work there.

Desirable

● Telco cloud or NFV/VNF/CNF experience.

● Cloud architect certification (AWS, Azure or GCP).

● Experience of multi cloud or sovereign cloud requirements in the Middle East.
