Company: CBW Enterprises Location: Ludhiana, Punjab Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹20,000 per month About the Role CBW Enterprises is looking for a Client Coordination & Relationship Executive to coordinate meetings and maintain communication between our clients and their customers. This role combines elements of client relationship management, appointment coordination and sales support. You will not only coordinate meetings for our clients, but will also communicate directly with their customers and prospects to help ensure that appointments are successfully booked and attended.

You will also reach out for feedback after scheduled meetings.

Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and schedule meetings with our clients.

- Schedule meetings and appointments on behalf of our clients with their customers and prospects.
- Follow up with customers and prospects to confirm appointments and encourage attendance.
- Communicate with customers through phone calls and other appropriate channels.
- Develop a good understanding of our clients’ products and services.
- Answer basic questions from customers regarding the relevant product or service.




- Provide appropriate information to customers to help them make an informed decision about booking a meeting or visiting the client’s premises.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and accurate meeting records.
- Keep clients informed about appointment status, customer responses and follow-ups.
- Build professional relationships with both our clients and their customers.
- Reach out for feedback after scheduled meetings
- Support client sales and customer relationship activities as required.

Mandatory Requirement

Fluency in these three languages is mandatory:

- English
- Hindi
- Punjabi The candidate must be comfortable speaking in all three languages. No specific educational qualification or prior experience is mandatory for this position. Candidates who demonstrate strong communication, confidence and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
