Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new client acquisition and generate business opportunities.
- Identify potential clients through networking, market research, references, events, and other channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and project discussions.
- Manage the complete client acquisition process from lead generation to conversion.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve business targets.
- Explore current markets and identify potential business opportunities.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and handover.
- Maintain records and regular reports of leads, meetings, and conversions.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Client Acquisition / Business Development / Sales.
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction will be preferred.
- Proven ability to acquire and convert new clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
