Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's finance and accounts function. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cash-flow management, MIS, statutory compliance, risk management and providing strategic financial guidance to the management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the company's overall financial strategy.
- Lead the Finance & Accounts team and ensure efficient financial operations.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables and payables.
- Prepare and present MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports to management.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and identify variances.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, Companies Act and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants and financial institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong internal financial controls and risk-management systems.
- Manage banking relationships, fund requirements and working-capital facilities.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, cost structures and major business decisions from a financial perspective.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and profitability improvement.




- Ensure accurate accounting and timely closure of monthly and annual books.
- Support management in strategic planning, business expansion and investment decisions.
- Monitor financial risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and applicable regulations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO/MD for business growth.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Min 5 Year exp post CA qualification, with significant experience in a senior finance leadership role.
- Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial planning and corporate finance.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS and cash-flow management.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Experience in managing finance teams and working with senior management.
- Strong analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with ERP/SAP/Tally/Oracle or other financial systems will be an advantage.
