nKāli is building a global luxury house from India.

nOur first collection brings together Italian nappa leather, sculptural brass, jewellery techniques and Indian metalcraft. Some pieces take more than 100 hours to complete. The house has been built through years of field research, product development and close work with artisans, engineers and master makers across India.

nThe product is ready. The foundations are in place. The next chapter is commercial.

nWe are looking for the person who will build it with the founder.

n

nThis role will shape how Kāli enters international markets, which retailers and collectors discover the house first, how private-client relationships are built, and how the commercial organisation develops over time.

nYou may currently work in luxury fashion, handbags, accessories, jewellery, watches, high-end retail, private clients, hospitality, real estate or another field where trust, judgement and relationships drive business.

nWhat matters is that you have built before.

n

nYou know how to open a market, earn a buyer’s attention, cultivate high-value clients and turn early interest into durable revenue. You are senior enough to bring judgement and relationships,



while remaining close enough to the work to make the calls, carry the samples, follow up and close.

- Trunk shows, appointments and commercial events

- Pricing, sales planning and channel strategy

- Investor conversations and commercial diligence

- Board relationships and strategic reporting

- Building the commercial team as the house grows

nThis is an equity-led founding position.

nIt will suit someone who wants meaningful ownership, direct access to the founder and the opportunity to influence the architecture of a luxury house while its most important commercial decisions are still being made.
