Nada Happiness LLP is a Kerala-based business support and consultancy company providing dedicated back-office support to its group and associated companies. Our team supports key business functions including Accounting & Finance, Graphic Design, and IT Support, ensuring efficient and streamlined operations for our global businesses.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, costing, MIS, working capital and compliance from our Calicut back office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare MIS, financial and management reports.
- Handle budgeting, costing and budget vs. actual analysis.
- Monitor receivables, payables, inventory and working capital.
- Prepare profitability, margin, ageing and variance reports.
- Ensure accurate month-end/year-end closing and reconciliations.
- Maintain financial controls and statutory/audit compliance.




- Manage and improve finance processes using Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
- Review payroll and ensure timely processing.
- Lead and supervise the finance/accounting team.
- Provide financial analysis and support to senior management.

Requirements:

- M.Com or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, costing and working capital.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP or similar systems.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage finance operations and work with senior management.
