Role & responsibilities

- Lead chassis system validation and development activities for vehicle programs.
- Coordinate validation of suspension, steering, braking, wheel-end and ride handling systems.
- Define validation plans, schedules, resource requirements and project deliverables.
- Review customer requirements and ensure complete test coverage and traceability.
- Support vehicle-level testing including performance, durability, reliability and safety evaluations.
- Coordinate with design, CAE, testing, manufacturing and supplier teams.
- Analyze test data and provide recommendations for design improvements.
- Lead defect tracking, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Monitor project KPIs, test progress, quality metrics and milestone achievement.
- Support prototype builds, DV/PV activities and vehicle signoff events.
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards, regulatory requirements and engineering processes.
- Prepare validation reports, technical presentations and customer updates.




- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Drive process improvements and test automation initiatives where applicable.

Preferred candidate profile

- Expert in Chassis systems engineering
- Hands on experience with Suspension and steering systems
- Knowledge about Brake system validation , ride and handling evaluation
- Experience with Durability and reliability testing
- Knowledge about vehicle dynamics fundamentals
- GD&T; interpretation
- Experience in Root cause analysis and problem solving skill
- Requirements management and traceability
- Data analysis and reporting
- Experience with CANoe and CANalyzer , MATLAB/Simulink , INCA
- MTS testing systems
- Understanding of VT Systems/dSPACE/NI
- Understanding of Jira Xray and DevOps
- Automotive SPICE awareness
- DFMEA and DVP&R;
- Understanding of V-Model development process
