Job Purpose

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee financial accounting, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, audits, and business finance activities. The candidate will work closely with the management and cross-functional teams to ensure solid financial controls and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Review ledgers, reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and journal entries.
- Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly and annual books.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Review GST returns, reconciliations, and input tax credit.
- Coordinate for tax assessments, notices, and departmental queries.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payments.

Audit & Compliance

- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.




- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and identify areas of financial risk.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor actual expenses against budgets and identify variances.
- Provide financial insights to management for business decisions.
- Support working-capital and cash-flow management.

Inventory & Costing

- Review inventory accounting and reconciliation.
- Assist in product costing, manufacturing cost analysis, and inventory valuation.
- Monitor purchase, sales, and expense-related financial controls.

Business Finance

- Analyze profitability, margins, expenses, and key financial metrics.
- Support management in evaluating new projects and business initiatives.
- Provide financial inputs for pricing and commercial decisions.
- Develop financial dashboards and MIS as required.

Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Educational Qualification
- CA – Qualified
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
