We are looking for a Collection Centre Executive for the Organic/Contract Farming Group

Location - Rajasthan - Beri, Surajgarh, Sikar

Role: Collection Centre Executive

Reporting to – Cluster Head The incumbent's role would be to manage the collection centre operations. This includes receipt of vegetables/produce from the contract farmers, cleaning and sorting / grading process and dispatching to customers. The incumbent will also be responsible for planning the day-to-day coordination with sales team, manpower planning and logistics, managing direct reports and review of daily metrics.

JD -

- Day-to-day management of the collection centre and distribution operations
- Planning of manpower & logistics for the dispatch of products from the farm.
- Compliance with respect to inventory reconciliation, stock planning and sanitation practices in the collection centre.
- Work in close coordination with planning team on specific issues that could impact the harvesting plan/sales.




- Drive improvement projects related to serviceability, traceability, quality improvement & process improvement.
- Grievance handling with respect to quality issues with contract farmers.
- Food safety and hygiene standards

Qualification Required:
- Graduate / Post-graduate in Agricultural Science.
- Experience of 2-3 years in running collection center/distribution centers/warehouse operations/contract farming.
- Industry experience: Agri business / Grocery / Fruits and Vegetables
- Knowledge of organic/regenerative / pesticide-free farming will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi
- Proficiency in computer skills – MS Office / ERP

2nd Level - Zonal Head – Operations

Final Level – Lead - Operations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
