We are looking for experienced CATIA V5 / 3DEXPERIENCE professionals with solid expertise in Plastic Design and Injection Molded Parts.

? Role: CATIA V5 – Plastic Design

? Experience: 3–8 Years

? Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai

? Interview Date and Location: 19th Sept 2026, Sholinganallur, Chennai

? Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- 3D parametric part design in CATIA V5 / 3DX for HVAC and plastic injection-molded parts
- Parametric 3D modeling using constrained sketches and Boolean operations
- Experience with Inner/Outer methodology
- Product structure development using Multi-Skeleton methodology
- Detailed part design following DFM & DFA standards
- Creation of 2D drawings / 3D FTA for series production
- Detailed drawings with GD&T;,



considering manufacturing processes and measurement techniques
- Tolerance Stack-up analysis using 3DCS DVM/VA
- Experience with PLM / Data Management
