nWe are seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented Case Manager to join our growing U.S. team. This role focuses on managing a wide range of routine and complex permanent and temporary residence applications, with particular emphasis on PERM labor certification.

nResponsibilities

n

- Manage PERM cases from start to finish, including job postings, prevailing wage determinations, and audit responses
n
- Work directly with employers, employees, and attorneys to gather and organize required documentation
n
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date files using case management software
n
- Monitor deadlines and proactively manage recruitment and filing timelines
n




- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the PERM process
n

nQualifications

n

n
- At least 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration, with a focus on PERM labor certification cases
n
- Proven ability to manage PERM cases independently and thoroughly
n
- Strong understanding of DOL and USCIS regulations and a commitment to compliance
n
- Proficiency with case management software
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
