Role & Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and scale end-to-end campus recruitment drives across top engineering, management, and design colleges in India.
- Build and maintain relationships with college placement cells, faculty, and student influencers to ensure consistent pipeline access.
- Design and deliver compelling campus engagement campaigns — including workshops, tech talks, and employer branding events.
- Coordinate lateral hiring initiatives for mid-to-senior roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create JDs, and streamline interview workflows for both campus and lateral roles.
- Track, report,



and optimize recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) to drive continuous improvement.
