Telecaller – 3rd EyeCompany: LetsMedia Lab | Product: 3rd Eye
Location: Bangalore / Remote
Role: Outbound B2B Telecaller to generate qualified leads and demos from Facility Management & Security companies.
Key Tasks
- Make 20–30 calls/day to FM/Security companies.
- Speak with Owners, Directors, Operations & HR Heads.
- Explain 3rd Eye and identify customer needs.
- Generate qualified leads and book and Give demos.
- Follow up and maintain CRM/Excel records.
Targets
- 20–30 calls/day
- 2–5 demos/week
- 3–5 recent customers/month
Pay₹12,000–₹15,000/month + incentives
- ₹100–₹300 per Booked demo
- ₹200–₹500 per completed demo
- ₹2,000–₹5,000 per converted customer
- Additional bonus for achieving 10+ conversions/month
Experience: 0–2 years | B2B/SaaS sales preferred
- Languages: English + Hindi/Kannada
