Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cafe Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the smooth daily operation of the cafe.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, snacks, and other menu items according to cafe standards.
- Operate the cash register/POS system and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, counters, kitchen, equipment, and customer areas.
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and stock management.
- Check inventory and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.
- Handle customer questions, requests,



and complaints politely and professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Support opening and closing duties as required.
- Work cooperatively with other cafe team members to ensure efficient service.

Requirements
- Previous cafe, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, polite, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48.0 per week
