We are looking for 5 to 12 years of experience in Automotive or Aircraft Seating system CAE CrashSimulation Engineer, to work for Germany location.

Key Responsibilities

 Perform crash and impact simulations for automotive or aerospace seating systems.

 Develop and execute CAE simulation models for seat structures and components.

 Conduct pre-processing, solver setup, simulation execution and post-processing.

 Analyze crash simulation results and propose feasible solution for Crash regulationrequirements.

 Correlate simulation results with physical test data where applicable.

 Prepare technical reports and communicate simulation findings to design and engineeringteams.

 Support design optimization and provide engineering recommendations based on CAEresults.

Required Technical Skills & Experience Required

 Robust hands-on experience with LS-DYNA, ANSA, METAPOST

 Good understanding of Seating system crashworthiness, impact analysis and structuralbehaviour.

 5 to 12 years of experience in Automotive Seats, or Aerospace/Aircraft Seats CrashSimulation.
