Experience: 8+ Years What You Bring Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (master's degree in engineering preferred). 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation. 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Customer Data Platforms, preferably Treasure Data. Strong understanding of Data Integration, ETL Processes, Data Modeling, and Data Governance best practices. Expertise in API Integrations, Batch and Real-Time Data Pipelines, and Enterprise Data Architecture. Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations,



including GDPR and CCPA. Proficiency in SQL, MongoDB, Hadoop, Hive, and other up-to-date data storage and processing technologies.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, including Azure Data Factory.

Experience with Treasure Data CDP; Treasure Data CDP Certification is preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work effectively in Agile and fast-paced environments.
