About the Role

NextGen Mindz Academy is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Business Representative Interns to join our growing team. This internship is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in sales, customer communication, lead conversion, operations, and business development.

This is a full-time, 3-month internship program with an opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales activities and work towards assigned weekly targets.
- Make calls to potential customers/leads and follow up regularly.
- Convert interested leads into enrolled students/customers.
- Maintain and update sales and customer data using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Use and manage the NextGen Mindz portal efficiently.
- Collect feedback from students, parents, and customers from time to time.
- Coordinate and assign classes after successful conversions.
- Maintain proper communication and follow-up with customers.
- Track leads, conversions, feedback, and assigned classes.




- Work closely with the team to achieve business and sales goals.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

- Has good communication and convincing skills.
- Is confident in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
- Is comfortable working with sales targets.
- Has good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Can quickly learn and efficiently use online portals and systems.
- Is organized, responsible, and proactive.
- Has a willingness to learn about sales and business operations.

Stipend & Performance

? Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month The stipend will depend on the intern's performance, target achievement, conversions, and overall contribution.

This internship comes with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity.
