Stimuli works with 250+ clients across its scent marketing business. We’re looking for someone to help manage day-to-day client operations and make sure everything runs smoothly across accounts.

This is an entirely client-facing role. You’ll be speaking regularly with company executives and store managers, tracking scent usage, ensuring orders and refills come in on time, following up where needed, and maintaining internal trackers and records.

You’ll also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, meeting clients when required, and identifying opportunities to strengthen those relationships further.

What you’ll be doing

- Managing ongoing communication with clients and store managers
- Tracking scent usage across accounts
- Ensuring refill and product orders are placed on time
- Following up on pending actions and resolving issues
- Maintaining Excel / Google Sheets trackers and client records




- Coordinating internally to ensure smooth servicing
- Meeting clients when required
- Maintaining and building long-term client relationships

- Well spoken and comfortable being on the phone regularly
- Quick and transparent communicator
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Able to manage multiple accounts and tasks at once

Prior experience is not essential. We care more about how you work, communicate and take ownership than a specific degree or background. Freshers are welcome to apply.
