URGENT HIRING | CLIENT SERVICING – WEDDINGS

F5 Weddings is looking for experienced Client Servicing professionals who have hands-on experience specifically in WEDDING EVENTS.

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Industry: Wedding Events / Wedding Planning

⏰ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are specifically looking for candidates who have minimum 2 years of relevant Client Servicing experience in the Wedding Events industry.

The ideal candidate should have experience in:

• Handling wedding clients from brief to execution

• Understanding client requirements and managing expectations

• Coordinating with vendors, production and internal teams

• Managing wedding timelines, deliverables and event details

• Handling client communication during pre-event planning and on-ground execution

• Working on multiple wedding projects simultaneously

Must haves:

1) 2+ years of hands-on client servicing experience specifically in the wedding events / wedding planning industry, including direct ownership of client relationships and end-to-end wedding event delivery.

Proven experience as the primary client point of contact for wedding events, from initial brief and budgeting through on-ground execution and post-event follow-up

3) Robust client communication skills, including managing expectations, handling last-minute changes, and resolving issues during live wedding events.

❌ Customer Service / Customer Support experience in MNCs will not be considered.

❌ Generic Client Servicing experience without wedding-event exposure will not be considered.

❌ Candidates without prior wedding/event experience will not be shortlisted.
