Job Description:

As the Lead for BIU (Analytics & MIS) , you will be the data backbone for the Retail Asset Secured department. You will manage a multi-vertical team to deliver actionable insights across diverse products (Home Loans, LAP, Auto, Education Loans, LAS/LAMF) and multiple sourcing channels. Your mission is to bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making for senior leadership

Technical & Professional Requirements:

o Experience:

§ 8+ years in Analytics/MIS within a Bank or NBFC, specifically for Retail Secured Asset products

§ Hands on experience in developing and implementing meaningful, actionable dashboards, management presentations, strategic insight reports for senior management, internal stakeholder as well as coverage teams

o Education: MBA/PGDM from premier institute (preferably with specialisation in Finance/Data Science related subjects)

o Technical Skills:

§ Expertise in SQL, SAS, or Python for data extraction

§ Hands on with Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, etc.)

§ Advanced Excel/VBA skills for automated reporting.

§ Digital/Tech savvy, basic understanding of and curiosity for various recent AI tools/developments

Soft Skills: Solid stakeholder management & collaboration skills to navigate a multi-vertical environment and the ability to translate complex data into executive-level narratives which can lead to actions and improvements.

2) Job Context & Key Result Areas

· Strategic Reporting & Governance:





o Design and publish high-impact dashboards for the MD, CBO, Business Head (BH), and National Sales Heads (NSH), Zonal Sales Heads, RSMs, Branch Channel teams, etc.

o Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Daily Performance MIS covering the entire lifecycle: Leads → Funnel → Logins → Sanctions → Disbursements.

o Maintain specialized trackers for Part-Disbursements and pending document closures.

· Multi-Vertical & Channel Analytics:

o Analyze performance across distinct verticals: HL-DSA, LAP-DSA, AL-DSA, and Branch Asset Channels.

o Evaluate channel-specific productivity for DSAs, Builders (APF), Auto Dealers, OEMs, and Fintech partners.

o Identify trends in sourcing quality, TAT (Turnaround Time), and conversion ratios.

· P&L; Monitoring:

o Partner with Planning & Finance teams to reconcile monthly P&L; statements.

o Deep dive into product-level profitability, yield analysis, and cost-of-acquisition across different verticals.

· Cross-Sell & Growth Initiatives:

o Design and track Cross-Sell programs to maximize portfolio value.

o Utilize data to identify untapped opportunities within the existing customer base.

· Team Leadership:

o Lead and mentor a team of 8–12 members (a mix of On-Roll and Off-Roll staff), with a focus on scalability as business volumes grow

· Collaboration

o Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in the bank for delivering the desired output.
